What is the difference between a flower arrangement and a bouquet?

In a bouquet, flowers are arranged together and tied around the stems. In a flower arrangement, the flowers are cut shorter and arranged directly in floral foam (OASIS), allowing for more creative and technical possibilities. Flower arrangements come in all shapes and sizes, from small table arrangements to impressive floral creations several metres high.
