Can I return a bouquet, flower arrangement or plant?

No. The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders containing cut flowers or plants. These products therefore cannot be returned to Fleurop-Interflora or the local florist because they are perishable, have a limited shelf life and are often prepared for a specific recipient.
