Who is responsible if flowers left at the door are stolen or a neighbour does not hand them over?

If you authorise the florist to leave the flowers by the door or with a neighbour, you accept the risk associated with that delivery option. Fleurop-Interflora cannot be held responsible for subsequent theft or if a neighbour fails to hand over the flowers. Our local florists always assess the situation and will take the bouquet back if they have any doubts.
