Will I receive a refund if I cancel my flower order?

The refund depends on when you cancel your order. Orders cancelled more than two days before delivery can generally be refunded in full. For later cancellations, we will check with the local florist which costs have already been incurred. A full, partial or no refund may therefore apply.
