Bouquets and plants ordered from Fleurop-Interflora come with a 7-day freshness guarantee, provided our care instructions are followed. Flowers are natural products, so a quality issue may occasionally occur. If you have a complaint, send us three clear photos: one from above, one from the side and one showing the stems, so we can investigate the issue.
