Ordered before 2pm, delivered today

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

When placing your order, you can specify what the florist should do if the recipient is not home. You can allow the flowers to be delivered to a neighbour, left in a safe place by the door or taken back to the local florist. If you do not want the flowers left behind, or if the florist considers it unsafe to do so, they will take the bouquet back to the shop and leave a delivery notice. The recipient can then contact the local florist to collect the flowers or arrange another delivery.
